The exclusive karting experience is at the Bahrain International Karting Circuit (BIKC), located within the iconic Bahrain International Circuit. As one of the finest karting facilities in the region, BIKC offers multiple configurations catering to all skill levels. Whether you’re a first-time driver or an experienced racer, you’ll have the opportunity to push your limits on this FIA-approved track.

For those seeking high-speed action, the Sodi RT8 Karts (390cc) provide a fast, professional-level racing experience, perfect for testing your reflexes and skill. Beginners or those looking for a more controlled ride can opt for the Sodi LR5 Karts (160cc), which offer a lighter and smoother experience. Additionally, for those who want to share the thrill, dual-seater karts are available, allowing newcomers to ride alongside an experienced driver.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, BIKC has specific age and karting restrictions in place:

• Kids’ sessions are restricted to children aged 7–12 years old.
• Only participants aged 13 and above are allowed in the adult karting sessions.
• The 13HP karts are exclusively for 18-year-olds and older.
• Closed flat shoes are mandatory for all participants.

At BIKC, safety is paramount, and every participant must be able to enjoy the experience fully and confidently. Before stepping onto the track, all drivers will receive a comprehensive safety briefing, covering essential rules such as track etiquette, braking zones, and overtaking procedures.

Participants will be equipped with helmets, gloves, and race suits, adhering to professional racing standards. Track marshals and trained professionals will be on-site at all times to monitor races, enforce safety protocols, and provide assistance when needed. Additionally, the track features a real-time lap timing system, allowing racers to track their progress and compete for the best times. With these measures, drivers can enjoy the thrill of karting in a secure and professional environment.

1. Kids’ Session (7HP Karts)

Designed for young racers aged 7–12 years, this session introduces children to karting in a fun yet safe manner. The 7HP karts are specially designed for kids, ensuring smooth handling and a controlled speed. Participants must meet the minimum height requirement of 125 cm to take part.

2. Adult Sessions

For those aged 13 and above, the adult sessions offer two levels of karting:

• 9HP Karts: Ideal for beginners or casual racers looking for a balanced mix of speed and control.
• 13HP Karts (for 18+ only): A high-performance option for experienced drivers who want to push their limits with faster acceleration and greater speed.

3. Two-Seater Karts

Perfect for newcomers or those who want to experience karting without driving themselves, the two-seater kart allows a passenger to ride alongside an experienced driver, making it an ideal choice for beginners, younger children, or those who prefer a guided ride.

This 4-day retreat blends the thrill of karting at Bahrain International Karting Circuit (BIKC) with rejuvenating yoga sessions, cultural explorations, and relaxation, creating a perfect balance of adventure and mindfulness.

 Day 1: Arrival, Sunset Yoga & Welcome Dinner

• Afternoon: Arrival in Bahrain & check-in at a luxury resort near Sakhir.
• Evening:
  • Sunset Yoga & Meditation on the beach – a grounding session to relax after travel.
  • Welcome dinner at a rooftop restaurant with a view of Bahrain’s skyline.
  • Introduction to the retreat itinerary & networking session.

Day 2: Karting & Yoga for Focus

• Morning:
  • Sunrise Power Yoga – a session focusing on flexibility and reflexes to prepare for karting.
  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • BIKC Arrive & Drive Sessions: Participants choose between 9HP or 13HP karts (age-restricted).
  • Safety briefing & practice runs.
• Afternoon:
  • Competitive Time Trial Races with real-time lap tracking.
  • Mini Grand Prix for intense race lovers.
  • Lunch at the Bahrain International Circuit.
• Evening:
  • Restorative Yoga & Breathwork – designed to improve mental focus and reduce adrenaline fatigue after racing.
  • Dinner by the beach at a fine dining restaurant.

Day 3: Cultural Immersion, Desert Yoga & Adventure

• Morning:
  • Gentle Hatha Yoga & Stretching – to restore the body after the previous day’s karting.
  • Breakfast & guided city tour exploring Bahrain Fort, Al Fateh Grand Mosque, and Manama Souq.
• Afternoon:
  • Lunch at a traditional Bahraini restaurant.
  • Desert adventure: Jeep safari through Bahrain’s sand dunes or a visit to the legendary Tree of Life.
  • Sunset Desert Yoga & Meditation – connecting with nature in the vast tranquillity of the desert.
• Evening:
  • Private networking dinner at a luxury resort.

Day 4: Karting Finals, Yoga & Departure

• Morning:
  • Energizing Vinyasa Yoga – activating the body for peak performance before the Final Karting Challenge at BIKC.
  • Championship-style race & awards ceremony.
• Afternoon:
  • Lunch & closing ceremony at BIKC.
  • Leisure time for shopping or relaxation.
  • Airport transfers for departure.

Bahrain has a desert climate, with hot summers, mild winters, and minimal rainfall. The best time to visit is from October to April, when temperatures range between 15–30°C (59–86°F), making it perfect for outdoor activities like karting and sightseeing. Winters (December to February) are particularly pleasant, offering cool and comfortable weather, ideal for racing at Bahrain International Karting Circuit (BIKC) and exploring the country’s attractions. Spring and autumn (March-May & October–November) also provide mild temperatures, making them great alternatives. However, summers (June–September) can be extremely hot, often exceeding 40°C (104°F), which can make outdoor activities challenging. To fully enjoy the thrill of karting and Bahrain’s cultural experiences, visiting during the cooler months is highly recommended.
