Best time to go

Winter (November to February) is nice with its mild temperature ranging from 12–15 to 30 degrees. However, this is also a high season for picnicers and tourists who flock the beaches.

Another good season is the monsoon, although the rainfall may hamper your plans, the hill tracts become lush with greenery. The rivers are flowing at their fullest, and if you are kind of a person who likes rain,  you may enjoy this season.

Please bear in mind that all our retreat locations are carefully selected to provide an aesthetic ambiance for you to spend time indoors comfortably, as part of your time to heal and relax. Most venues have internal areas for yoga (some have temporary customised spaces), so even if the weather is not warm outside, any activities will be delivered indoors.
