Charlottle Shilcher is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and a health retreat leader. Through her own experiences with managing a wide array of health issues, she shares her findings on the effectiveness of good nutrition and good lifestyle choices that have the potential of alleviating symptoms of IBS, female hormone imbalance, skin disturbances and menopause through individual appointments and group workshops. Charlotte is a member of the British Association of Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council.

Our experienced Luminary is skilled at teaching groups whilst at the same time making sure people have the individual support they need. You don’t need to have had any previous yoga or meditation experience to benefit from the programme.

Meditation is a key tool to aid stress reduction and the benefits of this ancient practice are now backed with modern science. It shows the positive effects on the stress pathways in the brain. Meditation will be a key part of the retreat and you will have the tools you need to continue a practice at home.
