Chetan Jha is a creative, tech/digital entrepreneur, life coach and co-founder of a digital marketing and brand invigorating company. His years of experience, hands-on style of management, and understanding of the unique nature of the digital sphere adds value, trust, and edge to the competitive industry he operates in.
For Chetan digital marketing philosophy is communication – from internal teams, to brand integrity; client relations to brand loyalty. He encourages brands to be open, adaptive, and responsible in embracing technology that serves their customers better, bringing about a holistic brand experience for them.
Chetan has joined our Luminary Team to offer life coaching and share his philosophy with start ups and entrepreneurs wanting to set up in the wellness industry (and other verticals) and is available to attend GrowthCamps in the UK, Europe and globally.
Chetan's Story
Chetan is an entrepreneur in the creative/tech/digital UK scenario where he co-founded Elixir Holistic Consulting, bringing a world of experience and wisdom to everything he does. His hands on style of management brings value and a level of trust with panache to the highly competitive industry that Elixir is in. In a transient world where ‘brand loyalty’ is a challenging yet much coveted aspect of brand growth, Chetan believes in a 360 ° management philosophy- where it all starts with ourselves first and then expands outwards to our relationships at the workplace and in our personal lives. Born in Bombay, Chetan went to live in London with his father when he was just 2 years old. The next 17-20 years of his life was spent growing up between two worlds and this made him a stranger in strange lands as he did not know where his true home was. He then decided to move to NYC for a few years to get to know himself better and then spent most of his mid 20s- late 30s in India and South East Asia. After returning to UK in 2012 he then started Elixir with a tech office based in Mumbai. Since then Chetan has focussed on an all encompassing style of leadership that evolves everyone around him. He believes in having core foundational values that stand the test of time through every challenge that Life throws at us. Having lost most of their clients/business to Brexit along with shifts in global economy and unfair digital practices deployed by others in the industry- Chetan in order to ensure that he could keep Elixir afloat went and joined the Met Police in 2020. Today two years down the line he is a full fledged police officer and he brings the depth of his life experiences to the world of policing in one of the most violent boroughs in the UK. Digital is still his passion and he spends his free time to get it to stand up on even more solid foundations than before. He loves mentoring young adults who need a sense of direction and also practices health and wellbeing as a Practitioner.

Chetan offers sessions that involve – counselling, conversations around the challenges faced, a combination of breathing techniques that calm the mind, settle the body and build deeper connections within, followed by meditation techniques that support a healthier daily life from being at home.
Chetan also conducts online workshops on copywriting ads, understanding social media posting effectively with the right kind of social media ads, reaching target audiences, understanding Google Analytics, building testimonials and an overall perspective on how to build or even test new websites.
