Sharath Shantharaju has been working the delicate balance between Yoga and martial arts for 11 years. Trained from Mysore, Sharath specialises in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, and has been a teacher for the last 3 years in Rishikesh. His experience with the Afro-Brazilian martial art form Capoeira took him across India, Brazil, Africa, and Europe on workshops and events. He has been a Capoeira instructor for 6 years in Goa.
Sharath is an instructor of Capoeira and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, driven towards working hard and training people to reach their goals and open up to new dimension of movements.

Sharath is available for Yoga CalmCamps and Capoeira GrowthCamps in Central America for most of 2022.
Sharath's Story
Sharath is a trained instructor of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Capoeira, an Afro/Brazilian martial art form with 10+ years of experience. Born in Mysore, he trained yoga as a kid for 10 years and later in life, found a new passion with Capoeira. He has taught classes in India, Europe, South Africa, Mexico and Guatemala. He offers traditional yoga practice and movements and handstands practice inspired from Capoeira.
