Yoga
Elevate your corporate retreat by incorporating yoga into the schedule, offering a perfect balance of relaxation and productivity. Yoga helps alleviate stress while enhancing focus, creativity, and mental clarity—key elements for high-performing teams. It fosters mindfulness, encourages relaxation, and improves communication and problem-solving skills. As employees bond over shared experiences, they’ll also rejuvenate both their bodies and minds. Upon returning to work, they’ll bring newfound energy, improved productivity, and a heightened sense of well-being. Make your retreat not just a break, but a transformative experience that fuels both individual growth and organizational success.

Daisy & Dawn Stoloff
Daisy & Dawn Stoloff design their yoga classes with all the intricacy and grace of a dancer- starting with the strong foundation of traditional yoga and adding colours and inspirations from many different sources to help students become fully present. Through dance, sound, chanting, and self-massage, their yoga classes are an immersive meditation.
With 20 years of teaching experience, Daisy has acquired a style as flexible as their movements and is able to adapt to your needs: turning up the volume for a more challenging class; or slowing down, for a subtle, quiet, connected inner journey.

Lexy Davies
Lexy enjoys the oneness and safe space that the yoga practice embodies, allowing everyone of all types to arrive and come together to self-heal. Yoga means union and it’s a practice that truly fosters internal expansion and external connection to all things.
She got certified in Bali in 2017 and has fallen deeply in love with being a student and a teacher. She enjoys changing people’s perspectives to show them new ways of looking at life and reminding students to have self-compassion. In her classes she focuses on breath, grounding, alignment, adjustments, inner strength, facing your emotions and being present. She encourages students to show up as they are and to heal on their mats.

Toma Janulyte
Toma left behind her stressful 9-to-5 job to rediscover her passion for dance and embrace a transformative journey through yoga. Introduced to yoga by a friend, she found a deeper connection with herself, leading her to Bali for teacher training with Jamie and Dulce from The Yoga People. Now, she shares her learnings through Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga classes, helping others experience personal growth and transformation.
